9/11 10th Anniversary Local Events Press Club of Dallas Presents "Legacies of 9/11" Discussion The Press Club of Dallas presents "The Legacies of 9/11... Ten Years Later," a public event to be held Tuesday, September 6, at KERA Studios. Examining the outcome of the September 11th attacks, the event features moderator Tod Robberson, Pulitzer Prize winning editorial writer at The Dallas Morning News, and panelists Seyom Brown, PhD, John Goodwin Tower Distinguished Chair in International Politics and National Security at Southern Methodist University's (SMU) Tower Center for Political Studies, Robin Lovin, PhD, Professor of Ethics at SMU's Cary Maguire University, Joe W. "Chip" Pitts III, Lecturer in Law at Stanford Law School and Oxford University and former chair of Amnesty International USA, and J. Matthew Wilson, PhD, Associate Professor of Political Science at SMU. Event registration begins at 5 p.m. followed by the discussion at 6:15 p.m. A question-and-answer session immediately follows the discussion in the KERA Studio Community Room, 3000 Harry Hines Boulevard. Admission is $10 per person for members of the Dallas Press Club, World Affairs Council of DFW and Dallas Producers Association, $15 for non-members and free for full-time students who present valid ID.
